Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, we provide limited parking spaces at the back of our cafe for your convenience. Additionally, there’s ample street parking nearby. We advise checking the signage for parking regulations. Currently, there’s free 3-hour parking with the meter or you can use the EasyPark application.
Do you facilitate customers with allergies?
Yes, we take food allergies seriously at Kona Cafe. We strive to identify ingredients that may trigger allergic reactions and train our staff accordingly. Our menu items are labeled with potential allergens; however, please be aware that there’s always a risk of cross-contamination. Additionally, manufacturers may alter their formulations without notice.
To ensure your safety, please inform our reservation staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. This allows our chefs to take necessary precautions. While we offer gluten-free bread, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee zero risk of allergen exposure.
We understand your concerns and encourage you to communicate any allergies to our staff. While we make every effort to provide a safe dining experience, Kona Cafe cannot be held liable for adverse reactions to food or incidental contact with allergens during your visit.
Are dogs allowed at your cafe?
Yes, we warmly welcome dogs in our alfresco area! You can treat your pups by ordering a delightful puppycinno while you enjoy your meal.
